Important booking points
- A date is not finally confirmed merely because it is shown as available. The booking becomes binding when the required payment has cleared and Afiléon Motorsport accepts the booking.
- Customer-side cancellation, no-show or eligibility failure is assessed against reasonable direct net loss rather than an automatic penalty.
- BMW E46 bookings use a £250 booking deposit and a separate £2,500 refundable damage-security pre-authorisation, subject to the Vehicle Hire Terms.
- For the E46, only the named and accepted driver may drive, and the Driver Eligibility & Event-Day Declaration also applies.
Website and brand use
Afiléon Motorsport's name, branding, logos, photographs, written content, graphics and other website materials are owned by Afiléon Motorsport or used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced, altered for commercial use, passed off as another service or used in a way that suggests endorsement without prior written permission, except where the law permits.
Terms versioning
The version applicable to a booking is the version identified in the booking record and booking confirmation. Future website updates are intended for future bookings and do not silently rewrite an already-accepted booking contract.
Legal identity and contact
Afiléon Motorsport is the trading name of Phillip Afiléon, sole trader.
