BMW E46 driver declaration.

Eligibility and event-day declarations for the named E46 driver.

Driver Eligibility & Event-Day Declaration version: 26 September 2026 (v1.0).

BMW E46 Arrive & Drive only. This declaration is an additional safety and eligibility control. It does not waive or exclude any legal right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be waived or excluded.

1. Driver eligibility

The driver confirms that, to the best of their knowledge at the time of acceptance, the driving licence or other driving entitlement presented is genuine, current and valid for the event and purpose for which it is being relied upon.

The driver confirms that they have not knowingly withheld any suspension, revocation, restriction or organiser eligibility issue that would prevent participation and that they will provide any additional evidence reasonably requested by Afiléon Motorsport or the circuit organiser.

2. Named driver

Only the driver accepted for the booking may drive the E46. The customer must not permit another person to take control of the vehicle unless Afiléon Motorsport has expressly approved that person in writing and the circuit/organiser also permits the driver.

3. Organiser rules and briefing

The driver will follow the circuit organiser's rules, briefings, flags, instructions and safety requirements, together with reasonable instructions from Afiléon Motorsport. Mandatory briefing or eligibility requirements are not optional because the booking has already been paid for.

4. Fitness to drive

The driver will not drive while impaired by alcohol, illegal drugs, misuse of medication, fatigue or another condition that the driver knows makes safe driving unreasonable.

5. Immediate reporting

The driver will immediately report any collision, off-track excursion, warning light, unusual noise, fluid loss, overheating, tyre problem, vibration, braking or steering change or other event that may affect the vehicle or safe driving.

6. Duty to stop

If continuing to drive could create a safety risk or worsen damage, the driver will stop at the earliest safe opportunity and follow Afiléon Motorsport or circuit instructions. The driver must not continue solely to avoid losing track time.

7. Information before the event

Where Afiléon Motorsport requests missing licence or eligibility evidence after booking, it must normally be supplied within 24 hours unless another deadline is agreed in writing. Failure to supply required evidence may lead to cancellation as a customer-side eligibility failure under the General Booking Terms.

8. Record keeping

Afiléon Motorsport may retain the declaration and related eligibility evidence for as long as reasonably required for booking administration, incident handling, legal/insurance purposes and the retention periods stated in the Privacy Policy. We will avoid collecting or retaining more licence information than is reasonably necessary.

Driver acceptance

By completing the E46 booking acceptance step, the driver confirms that they have read this declaration and agree to comply with it for the booked event. Where Afiléon Motorsport requires a separate signed or electronic event-day declaration, that additional record remains part of the booking file.
