Essential or Full Trackside Support.

Both options meet the same standard of workmanship and safety. The difference is simply the range of checks and mechanical support included — not how we treat your car.

Routine monitoring

Essential Trackside Support

For drivers who only need routine checks during their booked track-day period, without a paddock setup or additional mechanical work.

  • Tyre pressures checked and adjusted between sessions
  • Engine oil level checks
  • Coolant level checks, when safe
  • Single-point tyre tread-depth measurements per tyre before and after the supported period, where measurable
  • Wheel nut/bolt torque checks using the correct specification
  • Simple record of checks and any concerns

Wider mechanical support

Full Trackside Support

For drivers who want more detailed mechanical monitoring and practical help with their own car throughout the supported period.

  • All Essential checks, including wheel fastener torque
  • Tyre tread depth at inner, centre and outer positions where measurable
  • Accessible disc-brake and pad inspections, including pad thickness readings
  • Brake-disc and coolant-system temperature spot measurements
  • Minor mechanical assistance and basic fault finding within the agreed scope
  • More detailed condition records and observations
  • Enclosed paddock shelter where allowed and safe, plus complimentary hot tea and coffee, soft drinks and snacks

Parts, tyres, fluids, fuel, major repairs and fabrication are extra. Measurements are subject to safe access, equipment and conditions. Half and full day include the same support; the longer day simply covers more time on site.

Full Support uses our existing secure date, availability and payment system.

Wheel torque checks are included in both packages. They use a suitable calibrated torque wrench and the correct vehicle- and wheel-specific specification. Checks are not a guarantee of roadworthiness or circuit acceptance.

BMW E46 Arrive & Drive

Turn up and drive. A prepared BMW E46 delivered to the circuit, with Afiléon Motorsport trackside all day, one full tank of fuel included and nothing to tow or fix. Track-day admission is purchased separately from the circuit or event organiser.

We come to you and check brakes, tyres, steering, suspension and fluids, so problems are found on your driveway instead of in the paddock.

Full Trackside Support

Hands-on paddock support for your own car: measured brake-pad and tyre readings, temperature checks between sessions and a written condition report. Half and full day include the same support, plus our enclosed shelter (circuit permitting), hot tea and coffee, soft drinks and snacks.

How the team began

First the garage. Then the grid.

Long before the Porsche joined the programme, the BMW E46 was a six-year learning project. The trailer, the race car and the hours in the garage followed. Our services grew from that same hands-on approach — but racing remains the reason for the team.

Do I need my own car?

No. The BMW E46 arrive-and-drive package supplies the car, preparation, circuit transport and trackside support. If you'd rather bring your own car, our paddock support covers routine checks, tyre pressures, wheel changes and basic fault finding.

Is track-day entry included?

No. Track-day admission is bought separately from the circuit or event organiser. Our prices cover our own services only.

Which circuits do you cover?

Brands Hatch and Lydden Hill have standard published pricing. Other circuits can be requested for a tailored quote.

What checks are made before I hire the E46?

Driver licence and event eligibility are reviewed before a booking is accepted. A separate refundable damage-security card pre-authorisation may be required before the car is released, and it is stated at checkout or in your written booking confirmation.

What if my car can't be driven home?

We offer Kent vehicle recovery for non-running or undriveable cars, with a lower-cost Standard Recovery or a fixed-price Priority Recovery for eligible Kent circuit collections.
