Gift Voucher Terms
Operational terms for digital Afiléon Motorsport gift vouchers.
Using a voucher
Gift vouchers are issued in pounds sterling and may be redeemed against eligible Afiléon Motorsport services that support online voucher redemption. A voucher may be used in full or in part; any remaining balance stays attached to the same redemption code.
Validity
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date payment is completed. The booking itself may take place after the voucher expiry date provided the voucher is valid when it is redeemed and the booking is accepted.
Codes and security
Each paid voucher receives a unique redemption code. Treat the code like cash: anyone with the code may be able to use its available balance. Contact Afiléon Motorsport promptly if you believe a code has been disclosed without permission.
Restrictions
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, used to purchase another gift voucher, or used against merchandise unless Afiléon Motorsport expressly adds that option. A voucher does not guarantee a particular date, service or circuit; normal availability, eligibility and booking terms still apply.
Refunds and cancellations
Any refund or cancellation rights that apply to the purchase or the underlying service remain governed by applicable law and the relevant Afiléon Motorsport terms. Where a voucher-funded booking is cancelled and credit is due, Afiléon Motorsport may restore eligible credit to the voucher rather than pay it in cash. Statutory rights are unaffected.
