Non-Runners & Breakdowns
Vehicles that will not start, cannot reasonably be driven or need moving after a mechanical problem can be considered for trailer recovery.

Condition Checked First
We ask whether the vehicle rolls and steers, whether any wheels are seized, plus its ride height, dimensions, wheel condition and any known damage before dispatch.

Safe Collection
Collection must be from a location where the tow vehicle, trailer and loading equipment can be positioned and operated safely and lawfully.
Safety first — not a live-lane emergency service. Afiléon Motorsport does not advertise 24-hour roadside assistance or live-lane motorway recovery. If the vehicle is in a dangerous road position, contact the emergency services, highway authority or an appropriate emergency recovery operator first.

Price depends on the collection point, destination, vehicle size and condition, whether it rolls and steers, any seized wheels or significant damage, access for the trailer, loading difficulty and timing. Recovery is accepted case by case so the equipment, vehicle and collection location remain a safe match.

TRANSPORT OR RECOVERY?
Two services, one straightforward distinction.
If the vehicle is being moved as planned and is otherwise serviceable, use Vehicle Transport. If it cannot reasonably be driven because of a breakdown, non-running condition or damage, ask for Vehicle Recovery.
Before accepting a recovery: The movement is subject to the Vehicle Recovery Terms, the Customer Vehicle Transport & Recovery Terms and the Booking Terms. For Standard Recovery, a call, WhatsApp message or enquiry is not a confirmed dispatch until we have accepted the job, confirmed availability and agreed the recovery arrangements and price. For Priority Recovery, payment submits a paid priority request under the same recovery terms; acceptance remains subject to current availability, vehicle suitability, safe access and the 100 suitable-route mile limit.
