Track-day admission / event entry is not included and is booked with the circuit or organiser. Driver licence and eligibility checks are required. Additional fuel is excluded unless stated. Afiléon Motorsport may pause or withdraw the car from use for safety, mechanical concerns, circuit instructions or unreasonable abuse.
02Comprehensive Pre-Track-Day Inspection
Know your car is ready before you leave home. We come to you and go through the systems that matter on a circuit, so problems are found in your driveway, not in the paddock.
WHAT WE CHECK
- Brakes and tyres: wheel-off visual checks of discs, pads and tyre condition.
- Steering and suspension: a practical look at the parts that take the strain on track.
- Fluids: levels and visible condition.
- Convenience: mobile, with start times at 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00 or 18:00. One inspection booking per day, so you get unhurried attention.

Inspection£120 + postcode-based Kent travel
Carried out at a safe, level, off-road hardstanding location. A readiness inspection, not an MOT or engineering certification.

03Full Trackside Support
Full mechanical and paddock support for your own car. This package includes the Essential safety checks, detailed brake and tyre measurements, temperature monitoring, minor mechanical assistance and a written condition record.
WHAT WE DO FOR YOUR CAR
- Brakes and temperatures: brake-disc temperature spot checks after sessions, coolant-system temperature checks and visual brake-condition monitoring.
- Tyres and wheels: pressure checks and adjustments, wheel and fastener checks, wheel changes and tyre-condition monitoring.
- Measured wear: accessible brake-pad friction thickness and tyre tread depth recorded before driving; comparable after-session measurements where safe and practical.
- Mechanical attention: routine fluid checks, minor adjustments, basic fault-finding and hands-on paddock assistance throughout your booking.
- Written record: temperatures, measurements, observations, changes and recommended follow-up noted for your vehicle.

04Combined circuit-day package
Track-Day Support and Transport
One booking, one date, door to door. We collect your car, take it to the circuit, look after it trackside and bring it home, so all you do is drive.
WHAT YOU GET
- Collection: from your Kent or Medway address, within 50 road miles of Gravesend.
- Circuit delivery: trailer transport to Brands Hatch, Lydden Hill or another agreed circuit.
- Full trackside support: our half-day or full-day Full Trackside Support, from wheel-off checks and temperature readings to your written condition report, plus hot tea and coffee, soft drinks and snacks.
- Return delivery: back to your chosen address after the event.

Quote request: no payment or date reservation until the price, vehicle suitability and availability are agreed. Circuit entry, tolls, parking and special loading are not included.
05Vehicle Transport
Your car, moved carefully. Trailer collection and delivery for suitable vehicles, planned around your timings and handled by a Kent-based team that works with race cars.

- Suitability first: we check ride height, wheelbase and loading before accepting the job, so there are no surprises on the day.

06Vehicle Recovery
Broken down in Kent? Choose how fast you want us. Two clear options, both handled under the same Vehicle Recovery Terms.
YOUR OPTIONS
- Standard Recovery: the lower-cost option. Call-out plus mileage, with the price confirmed before we dispatch.
- Kent Track Priority Recovery: £700 fixed, priority dispatch and up to 100 suitable-route miles included from an eligible Kent circuit collection. No mileage quote and essential details only.
- Where: Brands Hatch, Lydden Hill and other eligible Kent motorsport venues considered.
Both options remain subject to availability, vehicle suitability and safe access.
