Collection and return addresses must both be in Kent or Medway and no more than 50 road miles one way from Gravesend. We also check vehicle size, weight, clearance, and loading condition before confirming collection.

We return the vehicle
Post-event vehicle loading and return delivery to your nominated location at the agreed time, subject to access and safe loading conditions.

Published circuit figures include the standard staff circuit-travel component. Confirm current pricing in the booking flow. Parts, additional consumables and circuit entry are not included.
Transport to and from the circuit
Both journeys included in your combined quote. Collection from an eligible Kent or Medway address, delivery to the circuit and return delivery to an eligible Kent or Medway address are arranged together, subject to the 50-road-mile one-way Gravesend limit.
We need the collection and delivery postcodes, the vehicle's details, whether it drives, approximate weight/clearance, and your preferred timings.
Our booking form checks the actual road mileage using real driving distances, not straight-line distance, to confirm your addresses are within 50 road miles of Gravesend. If they are, you see one fixed transport price, the same whichever eligible Kent or Medway addresses and circuit you choose. Tolls, parking and special loading are confirmed separately.
We will provide one final combined quotation for both services before asking you to confirm.
